I’ve had an extensive career in financial services, starting out 30 years ago as a mortgage administrator for a building society, then advancing to a mortgage underwriter role at Legal & General. I gained further experience at several financial organisations over the years in various administrative roles. My most recent position involved working as an equity release administrator, where I supported advisers and ensured a smooth process for clients.
My role at MB Associates involves helping clients understand the importance of financial resilience and how the right protection can support them and their families if the unexpected happens. I take pride in communicating clearly and sensitively, helping clients feel informed and supported. I thrive in a collaborative and friendly team environment.
When I’m not working, I am a mum to three older children; I enjoy walking our family dog, and I also volunteer my time helping at my daughter’s All-Star Cheerleading club.
