MB Associates, a multiple award-winning mortgage broker with offices in Cheam, Sutton and Kingston, is pleased to announce the appointment of Les Pick as its new Sales & Operations Director.
Les brings 27 years of experience in financial services, including 17 years in financial advice and the past decade in lending. He joins from LiveMore, where he was Director of Sales for mortgages and more recently equity release. Les played a crucial role in the team that developed the highly successful equity release proposition for LiveMore this year.
A proven sales leader, Les previously held a senior role at Canada Life, where he became widely recognised for delivering later-life lending training to advisers. He also worked at more2life, leading high-performing sales teams. Les has a strong track record of building partnerships, driving growth and delivering sales success.
