MB Associates’ managing director Monica Bradley has been awarded Mortgage Adviser of The Year at this year’s Financial Reporter Women’s Recognition Awards. The awards took place on Thursday, 5 October 2023, at the prestigious Troxy venue in London.
Monica was delighted to receive the award and says: ‘Competition in this category was strong, so it was an honour and a privilege to win this highly respected award. After many years of being a mortgage adviser, I’m still very passionate about my work, and it’s wonderful to be recognised in this way. Over the years, I’ve helped several generations of families with mortgage advice and have been able to build lasting relationships with many of my clients. I genuinely love what I do.’
Monica adds: ‘I’d like to thank my team for their hard work – they all go the extra mile for our clients and provide a fantastic service. As for recognition for women, I strongly feel that women deserve the chance to thrive and grow in the world of business and to be recognised for their achievements.’

The awards were launched in 2018 and were designed to support and celebrate a more diverse and equal financial services community. Since the launch of HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter, the movement towards creating a welcoming and empowering environment for women in the financial services industry has gained significant momentum.
These awards recognise the exceptional talent in the industry and highlight the importance of gender equality.
